Rising senior Will Woodside crowned FBLA National Champion in Advanced Accounting

North Hills High School rising senior Will Woodside earned first place in Advanced Accounting at the FBLA National Leadership Conference, becoming North Hills' first-ever FBLA national champion.

Fellow rising senior Wyatt Lipinski also represented North Hills at the conference, held June 29-July 2 in San Antonio, Texas, competing in Computer Problem Solving and turning in a strong performance on the national stage.

The North Hills High School FBLA chapter was also recognized as a Champion Chapter Gold for the 2025-26 school year, an honor that reflects the dedication of its members and the leadership of its outstanding officer team.

Both Will and Wyatt are two-time National Leadership Conference qualifiers, an impressive achievement that highlights their continued commitment to excellence in business education.

The students were accompanied by North Hills business teacher and FBLA adviser Kellee Kanith, who praised their efforts throughout the week.

"They represented North Hills and FBLA with pride!" Mrs. Kanith said.

Will and Wyatt earned the opportunity to compete at the national conference after placing among the top four in their respective events at the Pennsylvania FBLA State Leadership Conference this past spring.
