North Hills High School is now accepting applications for Student Ambassadors for the 2025-26 school year. This is a unique leadership opportunity for students who want to make a positive impact in their school community.

Student Ambassadors represent North Hills with pride, kindness and integrity. They serve as trusted role models and friendly, helpful faces at school and district events, including open houses, student orientation and community programs. Ambassadors also mentor new and younger students and play a key role in helping to foster a welcoming and inclusive school environment.

While the group does not meet regularly like a traditional club, members volunteer throughout the year and participate in a special end-of-year recognition event.

“This is a great opportunity for students to step up as leaders and give back to their school,” said North Hills High School Principal Kevin McKiernan. “It also helps them build communication and leadership skills, boost their resume and connect with peers, staff and families.”

Interested students are encouraged to apply online and must be signed in with their NHSD email account to access the application. Those who have been involved in the program in the past should also re-apply. All applicants will be considered for the 2025-26 Ambassador League, and those selected will receive a follow-up email with additional details.
