North Hills School District is teaming up with the Pittsburgh Steelers to kick off October with a district-wide Steelers Day on Thursday, Oct. 1!
Students and staff at all North Hills schools are encouraged to wear black and gold and their favorite Steelers gear on Thursday as the Steelers get ready to take the field in Cleveland for Thursday Night Football.
Throughout the day, schools will capture photos and videos of students and staff showing their Steelers spirit. The District will submit highlights to the Steelers to show how North Hills is cheering on the Black & Gold!
The fun could continue beyond Steelers Day. As part of the partnership, schools that participate and engage with the Steelers throughout the year may be considered for special in-person experiences, including mascot visits, school giveaways, customized pep rallies and activities, and other surprises for students.
So break out the jerseys, Terrible Towels and black and gold and help us show the Steelers just how much spirit there is at North Hills!
GO STEELERS!
